All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges as we print-to-order and embroider-to-order all our custom designs from top designers in the field to ensure the product you receive is of the highest quality, freshly made and never recirculated or used (gross), and brand spanking new when you receive!

Damaged or Lost in Transit Products
Claims for damaged or defective products would need to be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received.

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
